I see a complete lack of your position anywhere in the publications !

Easterbrook is a neglected momma's boy. He dosen't count !

In your mind it's tainted, that's fine. What this incident did was expose all the " gamemanship going on in the league ", if the history of the Pats is tainted in history, so will the entire NFL.

I do not live in a microcosm thank you, if I judged what our coach had done as cheating, I would have judged him so. But from what I've learned, he's just trying to keep pace, I'm cool with that !

I do not think BB will ever recover his repute for this. He is a great coach, but will never make the HoF because of this.
You cannot be serious. I'll call you out right now.

1. What exactly do you think spygate has to do with Brady's Hall of fame chances.
2. Explain how stealing signals from unauthorised areas gives the Patriots a significant advantage over signals being stolen from them in authorised areas?
3. When did the league convict Bellichick for cheating?
4. How many teams in the nfl do you think steals signals?
5. Should Troy Aikman be thrown out of the hall of fame due to Jimmy Johnsons admission that he stole signal in and videotaped them.
6. If you were aware of the longstanding and widespread use of signal stealing as reported by numerous ex NFL coaches and players, then why do you and others choose to ignore that while beating spygate in the ground?
7. Is stealing signals prohibited in the NFL?
8. Does jealousy fuel your take on this?

No you don't - because I asked you a question to address - Define cheating
and you never addressed it.

You said nice point - and then moved on. Without addressing it

Cheating is doing anything to circumvent fair play.

Nice definition. It fits your argument.

But is it to circumvent or to not play fair.

Ie - must there be a result or just intent

Then the entire league cheats. I'll bet you notice the patriots coaches using multiple signal callers and them coveriing up their mouths in tomorrows game. you know why? Bad Breath? Nope because they know the Red Skins have them under surveilance like all teams do in order to steal a signal or two.

Look man I don't want to get in a board war over word-smithing.

I think intent connotes (implies the hope of) success.

Apparantly spy-gate was keeping brady down. Without being given the plays via the headset, he's actually able to due better; kind of like an improv actor -- does better when he doesn't know what the script is. What else can explain his domminance? [/end sarcasm]
