The problem with Fireman Ed is that he thinks he is more important than he is. He publically came out and trashed Jason Taylor when it was announced the Jets were going after him. Seriously, who cares what Fireman Ed thinks about the signing? Do we get quotes from the guy who dresses as Pat Patriot when the Pats go after a player?

Angry Fire Elf even moved to East Rutherford, if you can believe it. He has an entry in Wikipedia that's pretty funny. It tells about Chad Ochocinco offering him a VIP trip to Cincy for last year's playoff game after the two sparred on Twitter. Fire Elf declined, but said he would accept a junket from the Green Beans, which they never offered.

Fire Ed is a intricate part of Jets culture, fandom, and spirit. He rallies the fans and provides a link between the common fan and the team.

.. and is needed every year to put out the flames of their hopes and dreams as they fail to reach jet another Super Bowl.

Braying Jackasswards sucked down 40 drinks in an hour and then jumped in his car with his buddies,Vernot and D'Bustashaw,and drove like a bat out of green hell until stopped and blew a 1.6 on the breathalyzer.That sucks, he sucks and the Rats suck for playing him this weekend.

I wish they would have sparred for real... with Chad beating him to death.

Saying this with pride because I actually get the why and will hold to it despite ONE LOSS in a 16 game season: THE JETS SUCK.

they suck because they suck and have sucked since 1969 ...

They suck because every year we suffer with them declaring themselves Super Bowl bound.

This is why they continue to suck.

Everyone who talks the talk without walking the walk sucks.

You don't have to explain why they suck, if someone can't see why they suck regardless of the outcome of one game then you had no concept of it to begin with.

They suck, they suck from the top down and the bottom up.
