That Tom Brady will have 2 1000 yard receivers on this team. There i said it, i have been thinking about it for a while and i finally said it.

While those two players might be Moss and Stallworth I'm predicting that it will a combination of any 2 receivers on this team.

Includes TE's.

Stallworth and Moss are the front runners but who knows, maybe Watson gets more open than ever before and gains tremendous amounts of yardage and puts up one of the best offensive seasons for a TE ever.

That part right there is the biggest "IF" in your prediction. I bet the chances of both of them being active for all 16 games are way less than 50%.

I'm not so sure about that. I predict that Brady throws for 4,400+ yards and 30+ TDs, but I don't think he'll have two receivers with greater than 1,000 yards, but he'll have several in the 750-900 range.

Tom Bradys favorite receiver is the one that is open.
Moss and Stallworth have more ability to get open than anyone Brady has played with yet.
Spreading the ball around isnt an inherent plan, it is a result.
One of the things that makes Brady so good is that if his primary and secondary receivers are covered, he checks down the line better than anyone, resuliting in the ball being spread around.
If the primary and secondary receivers are better at getting open, they will catch a ton of passes.

I think this year is going to give a greater appreciation of Bradys skills as a QB, but also a much greater appreciation of how much he got done with so few weapons until now.

Actually my bold prediction is Brady will have one of his best years, if not the best, and he has no receiver get 1,000 yards. I just think Brady is going to have more options than ever which means he will probably spread the ball around even more.

I still can't see the Pats revising their entire offense to fit Moss' style which conflicts with Brady's in a lot of ways. That means that Moss will need to adjust to the Pats' style and that will take time. He is a vertical route runner which doesn't really play to Brady's strengths. Moss will have to do a lot of things and routes he isn't accustom to running.

I think both Gaffney and Caldwell will make the final roster. They both have at times shown that they can be Brady's go to guy. Welker wasn't acquired for a second and seventh just to return punts. The Pats plan to use Maroney, Faulk, and Morris out of backfield as receivers (something they couldn't do with Dillon very often). Thomas, if healthy, will play a bigger part in this offense.

I think people are crazy just because we added Stallworth and Moss that we will revise our strategy and just throw to those two and Watson. I don't think Moss is an elite WR anymore and I think Stallworth may actually be our better WR.

Rather Moss will learn the scheme, and by virtue of his being wide open, Brady will throw the ball to him. I expect the Pats offense to be explosive in 2007 and for Moss to rack up 1,200+ yards and Brady 4,000+.

I actually also think that Moss and Stallworth will platoon each other some too (limiting production). Sure on 3 receiver sets they might be out there together, but I don't think they'll be lining up opposite on every play, they are too similar.

And that is my point. He has been hurt each of the last three years and been less than spectacular. Besides, 13 TDs isn't all that great when your QB gets 39 TDs.

To quote Bill Parcells, "You are what you are" and the last three years, Moss has not been an elite WR and has racked up a lot of nagging injuries.
