Wolf has made worse GM decisions than post Brady BB

There will be no worse decision then to draft Harry. Directly led to Brady leaving. Sorry but Wolf cannot top that.
Brady Demanded a no franchise clause before Harry ever played a snap so this is false

A top 5 NFL coach. Imagine that.
I wish the Patriots could have gone after Jim Harbaugh. Instead we’re stuck with Mayo.

Belichick had to leave. He drove this rebuild into the gutter with pretentious, condescending, Machiavellian type decisions as a GM. Had he chose to just coach while agreeing to relinquish his GM duties, maybe he sticks around longer.

His coaching the previous 2 seasons was also terrible.

But at least he wasn’t out of his element like Mayo and his crew seem to be.

That ship has sailed unfortunately: we'll see if the Krafts will swallow their prides and do what is right. Relieve Mayo of his HCing duties.

Leave BB out of this we have Bigger problems now.

I said Mayo and his staff are out of their element. Doubt Kraft or Wolf makes a change at HC so Covington seems like a good place to start with the regression on defense

Really hope Buffalo hangs a 50 Burger on us. It will remind the Krafts how far we are from the rest of the Division. Tua owns us and we are Josh Allen's Byaaaach.

I don’t want Bill back and Kraft did the right thing by terminating the relationship. But Mayo was put in an impossible situation. I thought he was going to make strides as a HC as the season progressed. I was wrong. just don’t think he’s up to being an NFL HC at this point. If he sticks around, I hope I’m wrong about that too.

Jonnu Smith has looked better every year since we ditched him. He was a bad fit for our program. Aside from his freshman season, his two years in NE were the worst of his career and he looks like he's finally become the guy that we hoped he'd develop into here.

It's probably pretty easy when you're what? The 4th option at best?

Like seriously. Hill, waddle and achane would all be our best offensive player had we had them in the years Smith was here.

Smith didn't do him self any favors either.

Polk is worse so far
I don’t remember where I read it, but right after the Pats drafted Polk, amid the expected positives extolled on Polk, someone pointed out that Polk had quit on an intercepted pass at Washington, and didn’t bother to chase down the defender.

That was one worrisome anecdote about his football character.

It isn’t just his performance on the field that is an issue, it is my concern that he is a quitter.

A great player won’t be dragged down by the negativity surrounding the team, but it seems like Polk may not have it in him to rise above his circumstances.

Drake Maye certainly is rising above the circumstances.

Mayo was not put in an impossible situation.

He schmoozed himself into a position he was in no way qualified, thus contributing to the impossible situation.

Mayo put himself above what was best for the team.

I liked him and thought he was getting his shot based on merit and demonstrated football acumen. Then I heard his "Thundercat" interview and went "oh-oh".

I haven't paid much attention to Harbaugh's college coaching record, but I am truly impressed at his ability to head coach in the NFL.

In 2011, Harbaugh takes over a San Francisco program that hadn't had a winning season since 2002. The previous year, they had gone a disastrous 6-10. Harbaugh's first year, he goes an extraordinary 13-3 and a conference championship appearance.

In 4 years coaching in SF, Harbaugh went 36-10-1 with a Superbowl appearance and 3 NFC championship game appearances.

He reunites with the NFL in 2024, taking over a chargers program that went an appalling 5-12 last year. In his first year with the program, Harbaugh is currently 8-4.

All this guy does is win in the NFL. Kraft missed the bus ride on this one. It's a shame. Instead we're stuck with joyful jerod on the sideline.

Feels like a lot depends on these last 4 games. If they are blown out and the team quits, I think Mayo's seat heats right up. If they play hard then I think he gets 2025.

Either way - great player but he's not the guy for this job.

We can make it right on Black Monday... Ben Johnson - Kliff Kingsbury - Kellen Moore and Bobby Slowik.
