Yup one of them was a difficult catch as well. When healthy, Ben can be right up there with the best TE's. I love having him as an option for Brady, it opens up the entire field and makes the offense even more lethal.
agreed. It's almost as if BB said to him, "listen Ben, make a few bad drops this season, because we're going to the playoffs with HFA anyway, then show your hands in the playoffs." Another winner produced by the Pats factory that produces players who step up big when it matters.
I appreciate Watson but I'm still worried about how reliable his hands are. His TD catches were key, no doubt, but I give more kudos to Faulk for his effort in the game because Faulk played tonight like he does typically-very consistently.
He had a ball hit him on the hands tonight that was close to being intercepted. He's gotten over his fumble problems at least but he hasn't been consistent receiving the ball.
Speaking of Graham, did you see he got pinched yesterday for stalking an old GF!
Watson is an outstanding talent, and you will see alot of him "down the seam" next week vs Indy. You have to remember that Kyle Brady has been out, whcih made Watson go from catching TE to blocking. Having Brady back, lets him get back into the patterns.
Plus of course, DAWG!!!!!
(ps is it too early to start the "draft Knowshon Moreno in 2010" thread)
