You don’t need to have an offensive minded HC necessarily to keep up with the league. Vrabel isn’t anti offense. You can have Vrabel and a modern offense OC.Anyone but vrabel please.
Someone offensive minded I beg. We need to keep up with the league otherwise might as well have kept Bill.
Are we really sure of that?even though BJ is a far superior candidate
No I meant far superior than the only rookie HC that Kraft signed. Jerod MayoAre we really sure of that?
BJ is a really good designer and there is a lot of hype but he has a ton of talent now, are we really sure what he is gonna do with far less talent here? What is game management look like? Is he a leader? Plenty of valid question around BJ.
Vrabel has been coach of the year, has been to an AFCCG, I know he can build a culture, build a tough football team, I know he can manage a game. To my point of view, considering where we are, Vrabel makes too much sense. We need an experienced coache. I like Ben Johnson but I think it’s too risky to roll the dice on a rookie HC again.
Ben Johnson have his Rookie Offensive Prowess going for him I'm tempted. Johnson runs a really good Offense and gets the most out of his players. Are we really sure of that?

Some are sleeping on Mike Vrabel's accomplishments: he's not the reason why Tennessee is now getting the Number One overall. Are we really sure of that?

I love Matt LaFleur in Green Bay one of my favorite young HC's in the NFC.You don’t need to have an offensive minded HC necessarily to keep up with the league. Vrabel isn’t anti offense. You can have Vrabel and a modern offense OC.
In Tennessee Vrabel had Matt LaFleur and Arthur Smith who were very successful play caller.
What started the downfall of Vrabel is when the GM traded AJ Brown away. Vrabel was totally against that and that’s what started the rift.
It’s for sure more difficult because you need to keep a good pipeline of OC which you don’t need if you have an offensive HC.
Johnson runs a really good offense but he has a ton of talent on that offense. He has a top TE, a top WR, a top RB and a top OL and an experienced and very good QB.Ben Johnson have his Rookie Offensive Prowess going for him I'm tempted. FA WR: Tee Higgins: Draft pick Tetaroi McMillan either Offensive Tackle Cam Robinson or Ronnie Stanley at LT would be a good start. We know Johnson will try to mimic what he has in Detroit. Pop Douglas was underutilized and K Boutte should get even better. I felt our ridiculous Coaching staff held both Polk and Baker back I give those young players that.Johnson runs a really good offense but he has a ton of talent on that offense. How did it looking like with our talent level? Can BJ really be able to adapt to less talent? I don’t know and that’s scaring me a little bit.
Higgins isn’t leaving Cincinnati, I am not very high on McMillan. I think in last year draft he would have been the 5th receiverFA WR: Tee Higgins: Draft pick Tetaroi McMillan either Offensive Tackle Cam Robinson or Ronnie Stanley at LT would be a good start. Are you his Agent Lagaffe?? Tell us more.Higgins isn’t leaving Cincinnati, I am not very high on McMillan. I think in last year draft he would have been the 5th receiver
I've never turned down a BJ
You have scruples. And it's both admirable and sad.The child in me doesn't typically let me hold back
all the noise coming from Cincinnati seems to indicate that Higgins is gonna stay. Are you his Agent Lagaffe?? Tell us more.
Probably just not to us.Or Wilson from Jets via trade would be an option.
I could recommend a spa in Quincy...I've never turned down a BJ
Oh boy! Would I love that move.Or Wilson from Jets via trade would be an option.
Here is why I say gimme vrabel. He's a guy that took Ryan tannehill deep into the playoffs. He would also have this defense looking like a real patriots defense and not pathetic like this years team. He's an alpha. I'd be open to Ben Johnson how he's in a perfect situation with a kings ransom of weapons on offense. For me vrabel at HC, McDaniels at OC and Mike wilks at DC.For me one of the best accomplishment in coaching of recent time is what Ben Johnson has done with Goff. I think he would turn Maye into a superstar.
I would also go for Brad Holmes who has been amazing too..
I'd offer up 1.04 for them both.
No more defensive head coaches
Vrabel I'd bring in as DC
