I would welcome back Josh in a heartbeat: Tommy Rees seems like a up and coming OC: Cleveland's Offense just lacked the consistent QB...Winston threw for close to 500 yds in a game this year.
Yes! McDaniels still lives in Massachusetts. It's a no brainer to have him back. Could you imagine what he could do with Drake???.. no more sideways, backwards throws. Gibby would be a all pro in a. McDaniels offense. The way he utilize the RBs and 3rd down schemes. Ja-rod rust era is over.

And Pop Douglas... McDaniels Offense uses the Slot very well.

I would take a combination of any of these:

HC: Vrabel or Johnson
OC: Daboll or McDaniels
DC: Saleh or Flores

Yes! Vrabel and McDaniels have a very close relationship. He would allow McDaniels to take Drake to the next level.. the defense would be top 10.. Vrabel knows how to pick defensive players too.

If it's Vrabel then so be it. However, it has to be an open and full recruitment/interview process. If after that process Vrabel is the best candidate, then fine. If he isn't, then that's also fine.

Is Humpty Dumpty Daboll fired yet??

The last time we Signed a Guy the Jets tampered with...how did that work out??

Vagiants say they are keeping Daboll so he is now not an option for OC.

Daboll is staying in NY

Vrabel is a smart football coach. Not many HC would have done that. Vrabel using a loophole against us in 2019 playoff

Have we requested any interviews with GMs or coaches yet?

Vrabel is the sensible choice - as it was last year too.
Can't be another 1st year coach. Has to be someone who commands respect and will instill discipline. Mayo did neither.

A dark horse for me would be Gruden. But Kraft is too worried about PR to do that.

I trust Vrabel with team building, managing, and disciplined leadership... but I'm a bit worried about the Offense.
I'm not sure it's best to go back to the JMD well for the 4th time.

I don't know how anyone can believe it is going to be anyone other than Vrabel. Both sides want it to happen. I doubt that it won't be.

Vrabel's interview with the Jets was a clear message to the Patriots. I seriously doubt he would have ever signed there. It was all about getting Kraft's attention to scare him to believe either hire him or face him twice a season.

At least Bob Kraft (Jonathan is different) would like to have someone he feels comfortable with as a head coach and there is a relationship with Vrabel. I think he is hesitant to give the keys to someone he doesn't know who will completely change how the Patriots have done things for 30 years.

Our new HC will be Vrabel. There is no doubt in my mind. He is a Football coach. He will let the OC and DC do their thing. I'm excited for the offseason! I have some hope!

Vrabel and Jonathan had a dinner meeting before Vrabel interviewed with the Jets. Bob knew about the meeting too. How do I know, I used to work for E2G Sports and the owner told me that his friend knows Vrabel's wife and she told that person about the meeting. Apparently, Vrabel's wife is still salty about the Pats trading Vrabel to KC!
