Pick as many as you like.

I left off Joe Burrow because I haven't seen a mock where he falls to the Patriots, but I've included all the others expected to go by day 3.

Note: RLKAG will not actually play QB.

Jacob Eason or James Morgan

UDFA Ben DiNucci

Tua, Hurts, and Fromm.

Tua, hurts and 2 day 3 developmental guys Morgan and Montez.

If Gordon’s arm was a tiny bit stronger, I would be pounding the table for him!

If Love or Tua fall to around 15, go get them. Not worth trading too much capital though.

I like Hurts in the third, especially if Bill trades down in the first.

Morgan intrigues me as a later pick.

Whoever has the most injury history, BB will draft him.

In regards to going up to draft top QB prospect, I much rather wait to draft a QB in the next years's draft, if that would be the case instead of getting a prospect. I would say unless Tua falls, but let's be honest, there are ton of teams that could get him before us Miami, Chargers, Jacksonville, Bronco, Carolina

We have so many needs to fill that it won't matter which QB we put out there, they will struggle. Brady struggled with the same cast. So I much rather stick with Stidham at this point, that knows the system slightly better.

Broncos love Luck
Teddy B will get at least 2 seasons in Carolina

I agree with this, although I’d still want them to make a reasonable move if Tua fell to the late teens or early twenties, which isn’t likely to happen.

If a guy like Fromm is somehow still around in the third, then I’d be tempted there as well.

If we didn't draft a receiver named Stanley Morgan last year, there's no way we should be drafting a quarterback with the name of Eason this year.

Voted for hurts cause he can run some first downs for us . Pretty hard to defend when your qb is dangerous is running but also not bad in throwing. Also adapted two systems (Alabama and oklahoma) and was team leader still in Alabama when Tua took over ( regarding an interview with wills ) . We all saw how hard it is to defend a qb who is good in running with the ravens. Gives your offense a lot more options in rpo‘s etc.
Didn’t vote for tua cause i don’t want a trade up and think this is the only way to get him
And the others like Herbert Eason love fromm i don’t like

I think that Jalen Hurts might be a steal in the 3rd rd. He has already succeeded in two different offenses. Plus he has the Tua chip on his shoulder.

I really like Hurts. Men that big shouldn't be able to move that well, he runs like Cam Newton. He doesn't have Cam's arm but it's good enough. He's limited and I'm not sure he'll ever be a quality starter but he's the perfect backup QB because you can actually use him in packages rather than just have him carry around a clipboard. If you like what Taysom Hill brings, Hurts is a much better version of that in every way - bigger, just as fast, good football IQ and character, with a borderline NFL arm and decent accuracy. Unlike Hill, who's a gimmick guy because he's an awful quarterback, I think Hurts is every bit as likely as a guy like Eason or Fromm to be a good starter, too. To me, Fromm's a Hoyer or Colt McCoy type guy, good enough to stick around with a clipboard for a decade and throw in some spot starts but as a starter you'll always be looking to replace him. Eason's like Drew Bledsoe without the cannon, he's Brock Osweiler - it's 2020, that guy sucks, don't show me a quarterback who can't move at all.

If you want the poor man's Hurts, who's more like a Hill because he can't really throw, then Malcolm Perry's a good choice. I don't think he can make a transition to a full-time receiver, he's too short and too stocky and too slow and in this draft you'd be much better off just taking a receiver, but Hill's proof you don't really need a guy to do that anymore in order to be a contributor. He can play package quarterback, receiver, and running back, he's kind of like a discount Hurts. The Navy connection makes sense there.

I like Tua a lot and would be happy moving up a few spots to grab him. I wouldn't want to mortgage next year's 1st but if you can get to the point where you're moving up 3-5 spots and it's costing you a 3rd and a 5th or something, then go ahead and do it. The hip is a risk but it's the only reason the Patriots would even have a shot. I think it's possible he slides all the way to #23 anyways, it's possible he's due for an Aaron Rodgers slide. He's really good, he has the potential to be Drew Brees.

Jordan Love's interesting to me but I think he's going to get way overdrafted. Eason and Fromm don't do anything for me. Anthony Gordon and Kevin Davidson are the day 3 guys I like most. It's a gamble to draft an Air Raid guy but Minshew's done okay, while Luke Falk was terrible. I like the tools and I'd take a risk later in the draft. Davidson doesn't have a lot of tools but he played really well in college and guys with his profile can make it, Brian Hoyer is an example.

I have a feeling people are underestimating how high Hurts will go.
(1) weird offseason because of virus
(2) winner at all levels
(3) athletic
(4) trending upwards in 2019

I don’t think Hurts is available after 20th pick of round 2 - so while I’d love to see NE grab him in the 3rd round and « see what we have », I don’t think they’ll get the chance.

I agree. I think the only way the Patriots get Hurts is if they trade back, or if they take him at 23. I think the former is quite possible, and don't think the latter is impossible but it would be very surprising.
