can someone explain to me what exactly is chicken fried steak? I cant figure out how that works...your gonna eat a steak that tastes like a chicken?

You basically take a piece of crap steak and smash it flat. Then you dip it in some flower then egg then flower again. Then you drop it in some hot oil and fry it. Then I personally throw a heap of mashed potatoes on top of it followed by peas and smother it in about a half gallon of gravy.

You just have to try one, they rock. Chili's makes a pretty decent one, I think they call it a country fried steak.
