What Texans Talk is saying.

Allow me to sum up what you should expect:

1. It’s January
2. Cold ass night
3. Playoffs game
4. Night slot
5. Brady comes out of the tunnel screaming his tonsils out
6. Crowd will be lights out
7. Team is healthy
8. Defense come out with swagger
9. Texans get ground into Sloppy Joes.

Game over

The only thing I’m NOT looking forward to is 3+ hours of Nanz/Simms…. Especially Nanz. There’s nothing more I’d love to do than choke that mother****er.

Yep. Of the 4 #1 crews ( Buck/Troy, Al/CC, Nanz/Simms, Seanny/Chucky) I think i'd rank them last. Simms provides no value anymore. Those two are Sumerall/Madden 2001.

The raiders looked lost and hapless with a 3rd string QB. Everyone was slurping Osweiler after the game he was 14 of 25 for like 180ish and 1td. I mean really all he did was not screw it up, this wasnt like some breakout performance.

I live in Galveston. The Texans fans I know generally have an attitude of that old cliche, "tell the Lions the Christians are ready."

They are hoping for snow.

They don't even realize this means no pass rush.

Against Tom Brady.

Good luck.

They also don't know that it means making it very difficult to cover the Pats receivers, or that Brady is lights out in the snow.

EDIT - I did up an analysis a few years back showing that Brady performs much better in the snow than his average performance in a dome, let alone good weather.

But hey, my friend and his wife visited me once in DC, coming from Houston (she'd never been north of Dallas before). His wife stepped outside into about 10" of snow and shrieked because she didn't realize your feet sink when you step in snow...so...that's about the knowledge base we're dealing with here.

Patriots will steamroll them 19 times out of 20. No stupid mistakes or dumb luck and this one will be a laugher and a bigger victory than week 3.

Just get out of this game without major injuries. I don't care if we win by 30 or 3.

Oh god...I care. If we only win by 3 this board will be unreadable. You already have people who are seeing a therapist over Aaron Rodgers induced anxiety.

Oh, come on, you're being way too critical of jets fans' sense of humor. I used to post on a message board with a couple of jets fans (and Joker), and they called Tom Brady "Tom GAYdy". Get it? They inserted the word 'gay' into Brady's last name in order to imply that Brady was a homosexual!

It was comic gold, Jerry!
Ahhh. I see what they did there. It took me a few hours to figure it out. That intellectual humor always throws me off.

Well, at least the people in Texas are big supporters of their college and high school teams when their pro teams stink.

Holy Crap.

Don't tell this guy they just beat a 12-4 Carr-less team and oh......by the way..... Brady might not play. He knows people you know.

I just found MCI's source.

In that guy's defense, the last time the Texans played a 3rd string QB they were shut out 27-0, so there has been improvement.

I would rather have beaten the snot out of Miami again....... Not much to dislike about the Texans.....

To the folks down here that is the equivalent of a Tom Brady 400+ 5td day for this guy.

Asswater flat out sucks and it was the stupid owner that brought him in without even an interview. I was at the game when Asswater was benched for Savage and the whole stadium blew up with cheers when that happened.

On the other hand, they do technically have the only QB to ever defeat Brady in the snow (I think) .

You're right. This is how Bob McNair runs his team. Let's bring in guys with some success against the Pats. Remember they brought in old man Ed Reed with a broken hip and let an up and coming safety walk.

Well Brock did beat NE last year...........

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Just finished reading their whole thread. Yeah, a couple of them are funny. The rest are delusional morons.

I especially liked this gem:

"PPG stats don't mean anything. Everyone goes by YPG...." FML

Holy Crap.

Hey forgive them for whistling by the graveyard. It IS a scary graveyard.
