I get it. He is guaranteeing walking away with money from the prop bets. He wins 20k with the Rams and only 10k with the Cards. But at least he walks away with some of the gifted 20k. Unless the 49ers or Seahawks go on an amazing run!

Many will use the 20k on long shots and walk away with nothing. And other will hit the lottery on some long shot odds. This bet is a way to guarantee a win, however modest.

Nope, the lines are set in stone no matter what happens. It's why I am waiting a couple more days to make these choices!

But if Cards win, he walks away with nothing because it only pays +100, which causes his other bet to lose him the win. Whatever, I'm not criticizing. I can see some of the logic. It just got me thinking about how to approach this since I was thinking along the same lines.

I look at this different than betting from your bank roll. This 20k fell out of the sky and is just an added bonus. Many will not hit on any of these prop bets and walk away with nothing. Boris is essentially doing what I said we cannot do...simply put the 20k in your bank roll. He has guaranteed he will be able to add 10k to his bank roll, 20k if the Rams win the division.

It low reward but a smart way to make sure you get to keep half if not all of the free money.

I am a little more desperate and will need to go for some higher odds!

I think Rams will win the division. It would pay 20k. If Cards win I get 10k. Not sure how it’s a lose situation. I should really lay the whole 20k on the Rams at +200 with the OBJ news and Von Miller acquisition.
edit: I have until Sunday to decide :)
