Down on the team because I don't think we'll win 9 or 10 of the next 10? Do you know that poster and his history?

Irrational takes. I get it we all have different reasons to post on places like this and they are all valid reasons. People clash with you because you aren't realistic and your takes are sometimes ridiculous. All emotion and no rational thought. I prefer takes from people who are fans of this team but aren't foaming at the mouth. No offense even though I guess that is a bit offensive. I hope we win 10 games I really do but it won't happen. What’s my history?
I see this as Winnovich's breakout game!!!
I think JC will do fine against M Williams but I'm not confident Allen doesn't go off against Joejuan. To me, it's a bad matchup. Allen gets open and is a top shelf route runner. It's all about matchups. I said it earlier but Jackson and Williams match up pretty well with Allen and Williams. I'm sure those guys will still make plays but to me the real challenge will be game planning to take away Ekeler. I think our defense can have enough success to win this game. It will be up to the O, and some good ST play would be nice too.

Like I said I hope it happens and if it does feel free to @ me and make me dance. I look forward to it.What’s irrational about predicting 8 more wins? My reasoning is simple. We lost to the two of the best teams in the NFL barely. The remaining teams are not as good with the exception of Tennessee and Buffalo. I conceded those games as losses (Buffalo on the road). The rest of the opponents are simply not elite. Could we lose to the Chargers, Browns, or Colts? sure. any given sunday. But I have reason for optimism. On the other hand, for all the 50/50 games we have left you seem to side with our opponents.
I deleted the post when I read the rest of your posts above it. I'm just tired of the misery brigade. For f***'s sake, it's entertainment.Down on the team because I don't think we'll win 9 or 10 of the next 10? Do you know that poster and his history?
To me, it's JC on allen and JJ on Williams. JJ isn't going to shut anyone down either way, but I don't mind this match up.I think JC will do fine against M Williams but I'm not confident Allen doesn't go off against Joejuan. Yeah, that certainly makes more sense. If they get beat, it is what it is, at least you tried your best CB on WR pairings. To me, it's JC on allen and JJ on Williams. JJ isn't going to shut anyone down either way, but I don't mind this match up.
Still on IR I think?I see this as Winnovich's breakout game!!!
Ya I think the tricky part is balancing getting JJ help over the top with having safety help on Ekeler running or catching out of the backfield.Yeah, that certainly makes more sense. If they get beat, it is what it is, at least you tried your best CB on WR pairings.
Good luck with that prediction!
Patriots Place Chase Winovich On Injured Reserve, Sign Myles Bryant From Practice Squad
Chase Winovich left Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys early, due to a hamstring injury. He'll now be out a bit longer.boston.cbslocal.com
Who knew???Still on IR I think?
Some good McCourty news....
The "should haves" though... eh. There's lots of ways to look at that. We were close... and we also couldn't finish. Middling teams usually can't.
The Bucs and Cowboys missed plays because of unforced mistakes. Had those not happened, those two "should have" losses would have been "never had a prayer" blowouts. That's the problem with the "should have..." argument. Far too often, it ignores the "should have" from the other point of view.
Hell, the Dolphins would have been saying "should have" about the late Tua INT, had they lost.
Special Teams is something to keep an eye on this Sunday:
