6 seconds before half. . HOU elects to kick the FG

Are you just stating a fact or jabbing at the pats decision last week? Honestly seems like people just base these decisions on weather they work or not. Had pats kicked the field goal and seattle goes on to comeback and win by like 3 people would be *****ing and moaning about how they weren't aggressive and didn't go for the touchdown. No offense or anything if that wasn't what you ment.

Belichick take note.... 6 seconds left = FG attempt.

not maiking excuses for bb but, this move comes after bb's move last week, which may weigh on the texans head coach's mind

like a "learn from my fail" type of thing

Watching the Ravens get shredded is delicious.

I will continue to watch this game hoping the Texans pile it on them. Besides, they might get me a nice discount for my Papa John's order tomorrow!

this is true, fans are pretty fickle

they shout "just run it" when the coach calls passing plays, and "why the hell are they running it" when the HC calls for a run

I doubt it, given the size of the lead.

ravens are possibly dead for the year now, injuries mounting

No Lewis and injuries to Reed and Ngata, it doesn't look good for them!

Exactly, seems like a lot of people here(and for that matter other fan bases too seem to think they have the worst OC in the league) expects a 1st down or a touchdown on every play. You can't win with the fans as an OC lol.

FWIW, I did find it somewhat humorous that the commentators chimed in, "6 seconds is not enough time to try a play", or something to that effect.

yeah imagine losing your top 3 d guys, and another one, suggs, certainly not himself due to coming back from injury

ravens are sinking very fast, steelers and bengals must be delighted

you're right, i was jabbing at the pats decision last week. the risk/reward for running an extra play wasn't worth it. i would say the majority of teams would kick it in that situation. the players are also at fault, brady never should have thrown the ball like he did. just venting after a frustrating game.

The game would have been just about over if they score that touchdown though. TBH I though the intentional grounding was bull**** anyways, you see quarterbacks throw it out of the endzone all the time. You take risk, you lose some win some. The real bad decision was being indecisive with the hurry up and then end up using the timeout imo.

hope the 2nd half of the houston goes quickly, don't want to miss the beginning of the pats game.

The Ravens' defensive crumble reminds me of that horrid game stretch during the pats 2005 season.

It was going to be a 2 score lead either way, and the Seahawks were getting the ball to start the 3rd. The game wasn't going to be over with a TD.

It was a bad decision to go for it there.

well texans will run alot, or should, to run clock, and expect flacco to pass ALOT to try and catch up, but also ravens may just shut flacco down , put in the back up and concede, if this is like 40 point lead for texans by the 4th

Add in that Norv Turner isn't their coach.

Too soon? Sorry had to

Pretty floaty pick by Eli. must be too early in the half for him to be clutch.

Why does the Ravens D coordinator looks like someone who has spent time with the Pats these last few years?.....

Oh you!

I know we all have a hate relationship with Suggs, but the guy is flat out a stud. What he's doing today should definitely be acknowledged. He looks better than a lot of healthy defensive players in the league right now.
