Hello everyone. I have finally decided to make life easier on myself and use an Excel spreadsheet for the rankings. It should be a lot easier for all of you to read.

Hats off to @venecol for extending his lead and being the first to break the 100k mark! There were a lot of big money weeks, and we can expect a lot of fluidity over the next 10 weeks plus playoffs. Venecol also had the biggest week this week, but we don't want to pat him on the back too much lest he get a big head. So high fives to @irishfanatic for his +20k betting week!

I had said from the beginning this was going to be an evolving game, and it sure has changed a lot from the Week 1 rules. Well, I have another minor change. It is really a change due to the logistics of getting accurate lines and prop bets. From now on, I will be posting lines and prop bets for the Thursday night games on this results thread. If you want to make bets on the Thursday game(s), do so on this thread. DO NOT wait for the official betting thread because that will be coming out on Thursday evenings or Friday mornings. The reason for this is twofold. Prop bets for the weekend games are difficult to find prior to Thursday. Also, posting lines closer to Sunday will result in more accurate lines as they often move throughout the week. No need to copy Thursday bets to the new thread each week. I will be tracking them.

Judging by all those prop overs, you are expecting a shootout. I tend to agree. Might want to look at the over too at 51. Even a 28 - 24 game would win that bet.

If that is your thinking, another option might be a two bet 6 point teaser on the line and the O/U. That would make it Packers (+12) and Over 45. Hit them both for even odds.

Or is the casino trying to suck you in????? :D

Is the Thursday game going into a new thread or this one? I want action on that game so why I ask. Thanks

This one, see OP.

you're the devil in disguise

Two Bet 6 pt Teaser $25,000
Packers (+12)
Casrds/Packers Over 45

So if I wanted to take Green Bay, not that I’m going to, on teaser could I take GB and the other team or total when rest of lines come out?

Is this bet in addition to your other bets, or taking the place of the other bets?

I am going to feel very guilty if the Packers blow this!

I should have the Week 8 betting thread up tonight around 6:30 or so if you want to combine tonight's game with any weekend games.

I’ll likely take GB plus the points. I wanted to know if I could do that if it came up. Occasionally, on the side, I do that. Pick a Thursday game and leave a spot open for Saturday or Sunday. Thanks for the clarification.

No problem. If you are thinking teaser with the Packers, I'll get the lines up a couple hours before kickoff tonight.

And I will try to get the lines up before the Thursday game each week in future weeks for that reason.
