The Patriots beat the Giants, the Bengals did not beat the Texans. Frame it whichever way you want but one won, the other lost. That is irrefutable. Not really. In both cases it came down to a final drive. The only real difference is a dropped INT by a Giants safety.

Anyone watching the Patriots against the Giants could ask pretty much the same question.
Remember all that talk about a 15-1 team maybe not getting a bye? There might be only one 15-1 team at the end, its damn hard to go 15-1 never mind 16-0.

I'm fairly certain you're the one framing here Deus. Did the Pats get lucky on the last drive? Sure. Did the Pats win? Yes. Did the Bengals get lucky on the last drive? No. Did the Bengals win? No. That's as straightforward as it comes.I'm not framing anything. You are the one doing that.
I am still holding to that statement. I still don't put it past the NFL to find some kind of loophole that even if the the Pats are 15-1 that they have to play on the road Wild Card weekend.
It's a strange one given every play, in every game, counts for something.Hilarious thing is if you use the logic he is trying to use about the two Pats SB losses and how both games came down to 2 dropped balls by Patriots players he'd call you an idiot

Considering only two AFC teams have one loss, and there are two Byes, that would be virtually impossible to happen.
Someone tell Torrico that it doesn't matter if it is an incompletion or fumble.
Except the Patriots beat their bogey team in their house. The Bengals lost to their bogey team in their own house. Small difference in situations.
I'd prefer you didn't throw a hissy fit when an alternative opinion to yours is presented Deus. Either way, if that's the way it's gotta be, then have a fine evening yourself. Happy to be outright at the #1.Ok, I'm not going to bandy the language with you when you're jumping into something and getting it wrong. You keep pretending you got something here when you don't.
Have a nice night.
Marvin Lewis calling out specific players by name in front of the media.. you don't do that.
