Weather for the Divisional games

Boston - 34 with a low of 24. Below freezing is a plus for us against the Chiefs
Denver - 34 with a low of 14. The colder it gets the worse it is for Manning and the better it is for Big Ben

I agree with the thought about Manning struggling in the colder weather games, but why is "below freezing a plus for us against the Chiefs?" Do you consider Kansas City a warm weather environment? Are we taking them out of their usual element?

Is this along the same lines as the 2012 AFCCG loss at home to Baltimore in the sense that "the heavy winds will surely benefit Tom Brady?" Weather is simply one factor out of many. KC has a tough defense that couldn't possibly give a damn less about the weather. Hopefully, we win on Sat. night and then sit back and watch Manning struggle in the cold the next day.

I agree, I spent some good time training in and around KS during this time of year, the weather isn't much better than it is in our NE states, Kansas weather is hardly a "southern" environment in my experience.

They also play in a loud and raucous outdoor stadium. Outside of our fans being extremely loyal and dominant at home, the environment won't be much of a condition for this game.
