We are on to the Billdos

Boy do I hope this is not one of those situations where Edelman just wants to show everyone how tough he is and aggravates it to the point where this becomes a multi week issue within a few snaps. Because he will get it from the Buffalo D.
I hope that they sit him out on Sunday. With White back in the mix, they can focus on the success of the screens again. Dorsett, Gordon, and Meyers should be able to pull this one off, especially if they get Sony Michel going. Let Edelman heal.

I wouldn't mind seeing JW running a wheel route to the hizzie.

If he's ready to play, he should play.

I’m guilty as charged of not taking this BUF team seriously. Even IF they win an in-division home game vs NE, it’ll take something more to convince me they are going anywhere.

Beyond a handful of teams, the AFC is crap and BUF may indeed make the playoffs. I predict BUF’s peak is a first round loss and a loss this weekend as well.

It is difficult to take a team serious that will have big troubles scoring more than 6-10 points. Only way the Pats lose is if they beat themselves with turnovers (or injuries pile up).

The only way the Bills score is if we can't contain Allen and if Gilmore has his 1 brainfart per game and John Brown beats him for a deep ball.

Otherwise no chance they consistently move the football.

I think that was in response to your comment that it would be an easy game, either way. In other words, we may not see as much success offensively as your 31 (with him) and 24 (without him) point predictions would suggest.

I’m pretty sure that I know where he’s coming from since I speak a little vodka, myself. Of course, you lose something in the translation when you factor in the pull ups, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Also, I am not Jewish.

I think we will have 1 defensive score or at least a couple of short fields as Allen will turn the ball over multiple times

I suspect there's a pretty good chance there will be a few plays designed specifically to lure Allen into those turnovers.

Funny PFT story on the 3 year tradition of throwing bildos on the field in Buffalo.
Mike Florio for decorum's sake refers to it as a flying sex toy.
However a Bills official and a Bills player who hope the tradition ends have no problem using the word bildo.
Would it be wrong if a Pats fan snuck one in just in case the Bills mafia changes its ways?

There's a nice irony in the actions of their own fans getting the Billdos nickname hung on them. No one can say the 'Bills mafia' doesn't deserve their reputation for only being a couple of IQ points ahead of Jete fans.

Maybe its already been mentioned but the Ringer has an in depth article on the Bills Mafia's tailgating festivities.
Anyone willing to wait in line is able to get a free shot of booze poured into a bowling ball.

Bills fans seem to be pretty optimistic in their forum. A little too optimistic for barely beating the trash can Bengals at home.

Hope we get a pass rush in this game. Waiting for that breakout game from Bennett.

I agree as well. The AFC is really
mediocre this year, and once again I only see the Chiefs giving us a run for our money. Buffalo probably makes it because I don’t see anyone from the South or North getting a wildcard and I feel like the Chargers are the best non-divisional winner especially when Melvin Gordon gets up to speed.

Cleveland I’m still not convinced in the coaching staff. Buffalo without a doubt has the edge in that department.

Maybe when Lewan comes back Mariota finally gets a resemblance of a line and Tennessee can squeak out a 9-7 type of year.

Indy I’m not convinced Brissett is a guy who can do enough offensively through 16 games and I’m not sold on their defense.

Hope we get a pass rush in this game.

are you implying there hasn't been one?

defense has 13 sacks, 20 pressures and 16 qb hits through 3 games, that's 49 times on 121 dropbacks the defense has gotten a pass rush on the opposing qb.

would be absolutely laughable to say there hasn't been a pass rush.

now add in the fact that Josh Allen is the 2nd most pressured qb

are they aware that 7+ point road favorites in week 4 cover 70% of the time and that those teams cover on average by more than a TD?

yeah lets just say a 14-17 point win is much more likely than a BUF win.

Almost like QBs are responsible for some pressure/sacks etc...

Par for the course w Watson but Baker has been bad.

I

I said hope we get a pass rush in this game. I know the pass rush has been good. I think they’re bringing Bennett slowly so he can a lot left come january. Idk about the bills when it comes to pass blocking. I know they can run it effectively.
