Vrabel Questionable?

Re: Vrabel out?

I'm sure he'll play. Unless its a team decision he shouldn't!

We're talking about Marvin right? Rodney will be out raising hell this Sunday, no?

Re: Vrabel out?

Even more proof that he's going to play. Injured Players who are not going to play or practice, disappear on this team. You don't see them and they don't talk to the media.

Yea, I've pointed that out to people in the past. When someone's injured and not going to play they rarely make themselves available for interviews, and Vrabel has given a bunch of interviews this week, including interviews on Friday.

Re: Vrabel out?

Looks like it was a mistake. From Clayton's injury updates (dated today) on ESPN.com insider:

http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/insider/columns/story?columnist=clayton_john&id=3092212

"Linebacker Mike Vrabel is questionable with a shoulder injury but he will play. He's coming off the best game of his career. Watson is listed as questionable, but should play."

"Wide receiver Marvin Harrison missed another practice Friday because of his knee injury and may not be able to play. The odds aren't favoring him being out there because the team is concerned that playing him with the knee injury could keep him out for more games. Left tackle Tony Ugoh missed Friday's practice and is also questionable."

Thanks! That's a relief.

Wheh -- good. Much ado about nothing. Stuff like that makes my heart skip a beat though at this late hour...

Yeah, I just changed the title of this thread from Vrabel Out? to Vrabel Questionable?

No need to give folks heart attacks!

So many times recently when we've faced Indy WE were always missing key people, especialy in the backfield. Its about time the role was reversed. :rocker:

Who in heaven's name
would replace Ugoh ... himself a replacement?
At LT no less!

Which is another way of asking,
"Who is it that Colvin and Seymour
are going to be welcoming to the real NFL?"

Charlie Johnson who has played as a backup to Diem at RT and Ugoh/Glenn and is servicable at best. He started against Carolina and they got to Peyton a bit. He's a second year guy, think he was a late round 2006 pick.

Correct on all counts.

He actually plays well at the RT spot, but just so-so at LT.

Diem on the other hand is the real worry for the Colts. Him I would call serviceable at best.
