All reports are "just a sprain" which I assume means not ahigh ankle sprain, which is an entirely different thing.

Means, to me, ice the hellout of it and tape it well and a lineman can pretty much get through a game after a couple weeks.

The inside word on Sebastian Vollmer continues to be good. Look for him to rest this week with ankle sprain and be ready for playoffs
