There is heavy competition for Practice Squad WR's.

It is unlikely that a team would sign to their 53 man roster, via waiver, on cut-down day. After that, he would probably prefer to be on our roster rather than others, but that's not really a big deal.

Reading some of the info on Tre, he may well be someone to watch. Somewhere between 6' and 6'2" and supposedly 4.3 ish speed. An injury kept him out for most of the season. He was expected to go higher, even after the injury. New official binky.

Everybody is a PROJECT by the time you get to round 7. Patriots just didn't draft one early because.... probably they know they STINK at picking WRs?
