I am not personally too worried about Gonzo at the moment. Based on the video, I'm guessing it's a hamstring. Those are usually (usually) relatively short recovery times, but also have a tendency to linger and/or re-occur. I'm going to guess they just let Gonzo take most of the rest of camp off to heal and be completely sure he's ready to go for Week 1. He's extremely smart and talented so I don't think he will really lose much by not being in practice - he'll take mental reps and be in the meetings. It also lets some of the other guys competing for a job get more reps. D.J. James so far seems like a guy who is doing good work when called upon, he probably will appreciate more reps.
As far as OL - I am feeling pretty good about Will Campbell thus far. I knew he would learn some lessons and get beat at times as a rookie but also getting some positive press is good. Jared Wilson consistently getting time with the 1s as both LG and C is very interesting as well. Caedan Wallace also getting a good amount of time at LG - I don't think he's spent any time at all at tackle this summer as far as I have read. I'll be curious how he looks in preseason. Have heard only good things about Sow. The IOL certainly has provided more competition than I originally expected.
WRs: Boutte is constantly getting positive press. So is Pop. It would be kind of funny if the last 2 WRs Belichick ever drafted in his final season both ended up being good. Seems like your top offense right now is X: Boutte, Z: Diggs, Slot: Pop, with Kyle Williams being the next man up. The rest of the guys will provide a great competition. I was hoping to hear more good press out of Baker today after his showing on Saturday. The kid has the physical tools to be good if he can put it all together.
