I dug up an article from Mike Reiss early in training camp last year. The things he mentioned and what we have seen so far from a Vrabel coached team is a very stark difference. The team is most certainly moving in the right direction this year.

There's zero reason for an NFL team to say their star shut down corner has a problem.

Me too. Started off like an all-american at LSU....then pushed down the depth chart...late rd draft pick...made an NFL roster...carved out a small role last year....Nice story. Hes working hard. Clearly he trending upward.

Big battles feat. Keion White, Will Campbell. White won 1-on-1s, Campbell improved in 11-on-11s.

Keep building that wall... this is the first chance for the line to work with pads... Expected White to out do Campbell on the 1-1's... The one on one work will help Campbell develop into a better player ... like the fact that working with the 11's he did better, with Phil Perry noting he was "clean in the 11's"...

Just got back. First thing Gonzo injury you could tell right away it wasn't knee or something like that but he pulled up pretty lame was hoping maybe a cramp but then it was clear he tweeked something probably his hammy. Just a guess but probably at least a week or two no way to know if it could be worse.
