No, in fact he SHOULD get penalized. I read in the other thread that rule book specifically requires the NFL shield on his helmet, and Brady (good for him) took his off. The penalty is a fine of about $6k for the first offense and double that for the next one.

To my mind, Brady made his statement and it was a good one, and the cost is cheap at twice the price. I think he'll gladly pay

I agree, he is intentionally breaking an equipment violation rule which is a small fine.

Actually, they would just say it was sour grapes and sweep it under the rug to keep the gravy train flowing. Plus, I don't think he knows jack about the front office.
