Not when he's being held up by another defender..

Not when he's being held up by a defender. But, far be it from you to admit that..
Stupid, stupid thread? My man you just posted a freaking video from 2008 to support that belief, also that hit on Welker was a cheap shot, illegal play on a defenseless player trying to make a catch, Amendola had the ball and was running, he was not defenseless, the hit he took was not illegal, it was not cheap and was not nearly as vicious.
This response was an utter failure, please try again! FYI I wouldn’t respond like a **** except you felt compelled to refer to what I wrote as stupid and in reality your post is levels stupider.
So getting injured makes more sense than to suffer fan criticism?
Also, it's tough to pick up first downs when you don't play due to injury.
Yep, agree completely. The arrogance and level of self importance is really off the charts. I'm guessing he has been off the meds for his acute narcissism.
I agree letting Welker go was stupid but Amendola isn't just unlucky IMO....He bears some for the blame for his own injury history that's all I am saying.
When push comes to shove though, there are only 53 roster spots available..A fully healthy DA would be awesome on this roster, but a DA that is constantly injured is not. I think that is all Brady6 is trying to say and he has a valid point.
As far as comparing him to Brandon Lloyd, its a little bit different, Lloyd would just fall once he caught the ball it seemed, his YAC was non existent pretty much.
The sample size of games we have seen from DA is too small to even have a discussion on cutting him at this point. I mean if he does finish the season as he is currently trending, its a discussion to have in the offseason(And it will be had...trust me), but not right now and not after that brutal hit yesterday.
The way I see it, the man sacrificed his head to try to get us a first down and that is commendable, I just wish he wouldn't do things like that so often...play more downs, catch more passes, go out of bounds, fall to teh ground, give your self up when you see you are about to get slaughtered, but for the love of all this is righteous, please do not allow yourself to be hit like this...you won't last at all.
We need him to be healthy, we want him to be healthy
No, it isn't an utter failure. You are the utter failure. You seem to have missed where they changed the rules prior to the start of this year that makes it illegal for a defender to lead with the crown of his helmet OR to hit a player in the head, be it with a helmet or not.
Translation...
Had Brady6 started a thread wishing Amendola the best in his recovery and said they need him to be healthy and wish he could stay out there then no-one would have taken issue with it, other than the idiots who trash him for getting hurt. Instead he aligned himself with that faction and even went so far as to say he should be released after this season, which would be absurd even if Amendola was placed on IR.
I am married to a beautiful woman and we have a beautiful sun,
LOL! Amendola should have had his skull covered with Adamantium?
You can argue Amedola's groin injury is evidence that he is injury prone. Amendola took a shot to the head doing everything right. That is not injury prone. That is unlucky.
I can't see what Welker would have done any different on that play and he would have been knocked out too if he got hit like that.
In fact, if the defender didn't lead with his helmet, that was a play where Amendola would be far, far unlikely to get hurt because the defender was trying to push him out of bounds rather than tackling him.
An injury is an injury when you're talking about someone being prone to injury, but making this thread the very day following the concussion was probably not the best timing.
He should have slid, that's on him.
Regarding his groin, he put pressure on it trying to stop when he was actually irrelevant to the play at that point. Granted he could have done that when trying to cut with the same result, it was already injured in camp and he simply reinjured it. It’d be nice to know how he injured it in the first place but the basic process is the same.
If I am not mistaken telling everyone how awesome you are is definitely the best way to demonstrate that you aren't narcissistic.
I'm sorry I thought I was asking the guy who claims to deal in facts. No I am not - Gronkowski to me has had 1 injury that has affected him significantly during his time here, the back was an offseason procedure would have never even been highly discussed if not for its closeness to the arm surgery and he played through the ankle injury. Amendola doesn’t play football fulltime, if it was not the head injury it would have been something else, like I said earlier him on a football field is like dropping your iPhone on the ground over and over again, many times you’ll reach down pick it up and it will be fine but you know it is bound to break at some point.
If I am not mistaken telling everyone how awesome you are is definitely the best way to demonstrate that you aren't narcissistic.
