Let's face the reality of it all....Technically speaking..the Ravens have beat us back to back AFC Championships games in our house....Last year the Ravens beat themselves

Let's not go crazy. The Ravens would have had to still go down the field to score AND stop the Patriots from scoring.

Technically, the Ravens didn't win last year. Technically, you don't know the meaning of the word "technically".

I love it when people title a thread "the reality of it all is..." and proceed to write the opposite. Last year, they lost. The end.

I don't think it's any secret that the Ravens match up really well against us, maybe better than any other team. We still beat them more often than not. But we need to be able to keep their defense honest. Even though we ran the ball decently, we couldn't sustain drives. The Ravens take away the short passing game. We need better options 15+ yards down the field. (Gronk would help in that regard.)

I was going to move this thread to the Practice Squad. But I'm really getting tired of merging, moving, deleting, and banning.

So let's let this glitteing jewel of a thread stay on the main board. I notice that there are a certain number of people who never come on the site unless the team loses. Then we have the few Negative Nancy's who are mostly here and now are happy because they are unhappy.

All Patriots fans are disappointed with last night game. I am and many, many other are. It was a game of missed opportunities in the 1st half and half of the 3rd period. No excuses, the team just didn't take advatage of these opportunities, letting the Ravens back intothe game. Expectations are always high for this team and disappointment is natural when they are not met.

So for today I'm no longer going to merge, delete threads. Other mods may feel differently.

The light should be shined that we have as many foolish people in our fan base as many other teams.
