Okay, wow. It's a timed test (only saw the actual timer at the end, excuse excuse.) I got a 32, drumroll... which is 91st percentile. (And I answered 32 questions).

I coulda done it faster I coulda aced it I coulda I coulda...

You guys will no doubt do better, but **** you.
I think you answering 32 questions with brevity in a timed test is extraordinaire.

I am now liking Rudolph. In the end, I don't think that Belichick will (or should) draft a QB at 23 who has a Wonderlic of 13. The Wonderlic isn't a great test, but the Patriot offense is one of the most complicated in the NFL.
How many on this forum thought that Ryan Mallet struggled to ingest this offense? He had better wonderlic than Darnold and same as Rosen at 26. How the heck will Jackson even have a chance?
Nice college player but Tebow had better numbers and above average wonderlic at 22, not 13.
Some others:

Ryan Fitzpatrick (48)
Eli Manning (39)
Tony Romo (37)
Aaron Rodgers (35)
Tom Brady (33)
Peyton Manning (28)
Russell Wilson (24)
Robert Griffin III (24).

Jackson=Bishop.

Josh Drafted the great college QB in Tebow. Would he want to try that again?

Best QB value draft day if they let him go? Paxton Lynch. If the Broncos go after Mayfield, Lynch can be had for a later pick. They have Keenum, IR in 2017 Chad Kelly and then Mayfield.

Lynch's stats equal or were better than Rosen and Darnold in college. Talk about media hype!!! He has also started in the NFL and won. He was abused by Elway in a QB merry-go-round. Had a shoulder injury his rookie year in Pre-Season. We know he won't crap his pants his first NFL snap. He's only 24. Was a first rounder who Elway scouted and should know QBs.

Bill loves reclamation projects. We have first rounders Shelton, Patterson and second rounder Niklas this year alone.

Kevin Hogan who had eight starts was just traded for a 6th.

If the pats don't want Rudolph, Paxton is a reasonable acquisition for a 6th.

I’d like to see Lamar Jackson and one of those tackles (Kolton Miller?) in the first round based on some small research I did. Snag an athletic linebacker at 38?

Im all about giving Lynch a second chance but I think it would cost much more since it's us.
Can you imagine if we made him look like s top QB Elways head would explode.
I brought this up on here the other day when I read the article that Lynch is working with Guerrero.
It tells me he's looking to turn his career around and with The Broncs paying Keenum he could he available for a third or fourth.
I'm thinking we may have information intiamte about him from Guerrero if BB plays nice.

I expect plenty of movement in this draft but think BB is probably more likely to trade down from 43 than up to 38.

32 out of 32 is obviously great. if only you knew the conditions of contest (a timed test).

You may now better judge what means to get a 13, when you are likely coached beforehand. [It would be negligent for an agent not to coach a player to perform better on all the tests he was to take)].

Truth? It tells you that you have 12 min. For 50... I only did not see that there’s a timer displayed.

Oh whoops thought it was 38.

The only correlation between Wonderlic score and actual performance is negative, i.e. players that perform better tend to have worse careers. It measures nothing other than your proficiency at taking the Wonderlic test. It seems to exist purely so obese, diabetic armchair pundits can call ultra-talented 22 year old athletes idiots.

A long-snapper
A 5th round talent DB
A QB
A return specialist

1/23 LB Vander Esch
1/31 DE Hubbard
2/11 OT Miller
2/31 QB Mason Rudolph
That would be an excellent haul, IC, but I’m skeptical as to whether those second round picks would still be around.

The reality is that they’d likely have to pick 2 of the 4. If we somehow ended up with 3/4, I’d be ecstatic.

I made it through 38 questions, but chose to skip at least 6-7 of them because of the timing factor. I would simply put a single letter for the answer and move on. I’m not too good at the word scrambles, especially in the sense that I feel as though they are too time consuming, so I struggled with that aspect.

So, my score was lower than yours (28), but I think that one could assume a reasonable increase by knowing the general format and “practicing” by taking it a few times. At any rate, there’s no excuse for any prospect to score a 13, particularly since they know they’ll be tested and should spend a few hours with some practice tests. I will say that I am skeptical that someone received a 48/50.

Florio said since Jackson doesn't have an agent that he probably wasn't prepped at all for the wonderlick

It is hard to believe BB would resign from 4th and 5th round picks. I have a hunch he will trade one of our 1sr round picks to be loaded with picks in late rounds. It all depends. The main question to me is what QB is in BB's mind and what is he going to sacrifice to get him.

Agree about the QB, but I’m not expecting a first round pick to be traded down to accumulate fourth and fifth round picks. An additional second and third would make more sense, in my opinion. That would give us 1 first, 3 seconds, and 2 thirds. I think he may consider top 100 quantity over top 31 quality, obviously depending upon the players available.

As far as trading to fill that hole in the fourth/fifth rounds, I think that could be done by moving our third, or simply moving our third next year too, particularly since we’re projected to have 3 third round picks when you add the two from the comp formula. Also, he may very well be okay with only picking up a fourth this year and leaving the fifth round bare. It’s not like we need to have a pick in every round. 2 firsts, 2 seconds, a third, a fourth, and the late rounders would probably work just fine. It shouldn’t be too hard to add a fourth rounder by parting with one of next years thirds.

I also think that he could move one of the top 4 picks into next year just the same. That would give us a nice draft this year and guarantee some options for next with the three third rounders and possible additions from a first/second this year.

Mocks have all 4 all over the place .... none of the may be available at those times

yup

If someone is too smart, he might be able to absorb many offenses and be valuable for 14 years.

I will say that I am skeptical that someone received a 48/50.
