Nelson has been doin that move forever. Crossing pattern to endzone for TDs. We have to get 3 & Outs, Its too easy for GB to get Pts gettin 1st downs keepin drives alive.
We were close to forcing a 3 and out. Too bad the refs didn't want one, and decided to negate Ayers' sack on GB's 7 yard line that would've made it 3rd and about 15. Then they went to score a TD that same drive.
Things like that change the entire game. It's sickening.
I love all the over reacting. We are down by 9 with 30 minutes of football remaining. Green bay is good at starting out fast, but IMO, pats are much better in the 2nd half. Defense is doing a great job imo with one mistake (the second TD). Good luck pats.
I'm not anywhere were I can watch the game, but ...
... it seems like the Pats defense isn't accomplishing much except in the red zone, where it's 3-3. The Packers got 23 points in a half and I didn't notice the offense getting any kind of field position gift to help them.
Officials were calling touches on Browner early, which helped put NE behind. Toss in Ryan and Chung sucking, Collins being soft at the point of attack, Ninkovich getting forced into downfield coverage, and McCourty trying to run with his head up his ass, and you've got what you see on the scoreboard.
Ummm..... Ok...everyone has right to their opinion.... I think he is still excellent and great here....but statistically... NOT the BEST in the GAME.....
Tough break for the defense near the end of the half. The secondary can not have anymore breakdowns like that that in the second half.
Defense has been a mixed bag in my opinion. Too much yardage allowed, but let's give Rodgers credit as his passes have been pinpoint even with Patriots defenders in decent to pretty good position.
Nice job by the red zone defense to hold them to some field goals but if the Patriots are going to have a chance, they will need to force some punts.
The offense has been solid in the limited time they've had after a slow start in the first quarter.
Defense needs to make some adjustments, obviously, because the Packers seem to have been planning for the coverages they are seeing on offense.
Revis is a GOOD solid CB....nothing more...nothing less....he is NOT th Revis of yesterday! Is he still valuable....obviously.....at end of season they will decide how valuable....I highly doubt he will b here next year
