The red zone is where you miss Gronkowski and Dobson the most; without those players capable of creating mismatches you’re really left with a disadvantage and a lot of underneath throws.

Yeah, he called for the defense to have a free run at Brady so he just has to throw it away on 3rd down. Personally, I would call for a play where people actually pick up their blocking assignements, but when Brady is forced to throw it away it is a high percentage play.
Seriously, how is it McDaniels' fault the o-line screwed up their blocking assignment?

Has anybody taken not throughout not only this season but over the past few years how many plays have just been blown up immediately by pressure against us and how few times we've done it to other teams?
