By my count Edelman has 173 all-purpose yards with 2 TDs. That'll do, eh?

He also had a forced fumble as a gunner on ST but the Colts returner recovered it.

Whatever Edelman is he likely gets his shot next season. As someone posted Welker is likely gone.

That is somewhat disconcerting cause it seemed to me that during negotiations Welker was trying to be team friendly and the Pats just took his peace offering and shoved it you know where. I really think that he is gone and that was the last straw.

I still think the Pats have the best "A" game in the league.

As the consistency grows, they will be ready for a deep playoff run.

I just don't like how people base a play call solely on weather it worked or not.

Agree with you....I think mcd has done an admirable job overall this year....just hate when guys come out chirping about how guys shouldn't b,tch about how great the OC is because a trick play worked out positively... get real!
