I hate to be a ref baiter. But on the play where Manning threw it away, Carter was clearly being held by his shirt and it wasn't called. I only say it because the hold on Talib on is pick that wasn't was pretty marginal. (the one on Ninko was a must call....unfortunately).

Like I said before, if I were a denver coach, I'd be telling my OL they aren't going to call hold, so you might as well do it.

All of our DE's have been getting held, grabbed, and hog-tied. No call.

the decision is simple. A stop and the broncos are forced to punt, into the wind, with the pats needing only a fg to win. I like the call.
