Jeff Thomas is an electric talent, but absolutely no discipline. I live about 30 minutes from East St Louis and have seen/heard a lot about this kid. Truly hope he takes full advantage of his ability and it all works out for him. If it does, we may have something here. There is a documentary called 89 Blocks, that follows the ESL football team and Thomas is a focal point. Pretty good watch if your interested.

In the past, numbers were over reported because some where just rookie camp tryouts. I’m not sure how that would work now without rookie camp.

A few bad boys with potential. Coe, Thomas, Hill could all have been drafted fairly high if they had better character, work ethic, etc. Of course that means they likely won't make it here but there's definite upside there.

All they have to figure out is the difference between here and there

Often they report players who agreed to a contract. Nothing is certain until its actually signed. Would not be surprised about 2-3 situations where circumstances changed.
