Not at all, with Scar scouting we can get quality OL later in the draft. Not that drafting OL early won't get us better players but, Scar can find diamonds in the rough no doubt. We rarely ever have OL busts under Scar's direction. I think CB is still the way to go. But I would still be happy with a guard in the first.

I was hoping the Jets would have taken Beasley or a WR. Williams isn't the perfect fit for them but he's a damned good player. Definitely one of the top 3 non-qb's. I have to say this is going to be a very interesting next few year between the talent of the Jets and the schemes of Josh

Good points made by some, Williams could be a terror but the fact that Wilkerson is unhappy and could likely be moved kind of negates any real fears.

the jets won't have to pay wilkerson.......they won't be able to afford him anyway

I think that we will go inside OL earlier than usual this year. We really struggled to open running gaps last year, and we have scouted a lot more guards that should go early this year than we usually do. Mankins wasn't what he used too in pass pro, but he was still really good in the run game, and looking at the all-22 tape from 2013 you could see that we used him to open most running gaps, either by running at him, or by pulling him. Need to get someone that can open those run gaps again.

I'm glad they didn't take Beasley. He would've added speed to their power rushing. If anything, Williams is sort of redundant.

What's the job requirements necessary to be a "social media expert"? Seems like the only prerequisite is to be under 26.
