Damn, I wish I was 23 today. Those dating apps would’ve been a freaking goldmine for me. Don’t sweat it man, you’ve got it good! The best I had back in the day was MySpace and Facebook. All people wanted to do was just add friends and decorate their f***ing profile during the MySpace days. Facebook was in its infancy stage and not sure what the purpose was yet.The truth hurts.
Yeah, my roommate treats it like a numbers game too and finds success (there's always a new girl around the house it seems). Thing is, he's also 6 feet tall with social skills, whereas I'm 5'6 and have thousands of posts on Patsfans, so I think there are also confounding variables at play.
I'm already a washed up, boring engineer at 23. Your story is still encouraging though. I wish I had interests that were remotely social...or interest in anything remotely social...
Thanks for rallying around me, guys. I'll probably continue to do nothing while complaining on the internet.
Glad to see #10 at practice.
In terms or your height, most women are short so it’s mind boggling why they prefer to date men over 6 feet. I’m about 6’3” and would feel like a pedifile dating a woman under 5’5”. Why the hell does a woman want to look up at a man that is almost a foot taller than them?
For your own well being, start working out and eat healthy. If not already.
Unless you already dress well, maybe change your wardrobe. Maybe change your hairstyle.
But whatever you do, don’t continue to sit on the sidelines.
