I think this thread is a very valuable educational tool for all Patriot fans...it offers many deep insights into the nature of the Jet fan pathology...all this seething, just beneath the surface anger bubbling up into long,ill educated screeds aimed at this mystical Patriots villain...always ending with that "this is THE year" declaration of final dominance. I don't think there's a fanbase that exhibits THIS peculiar brand of insanity in any sport anywhere...in the world.

Well the site's biggest and most respected Jets fan took this in stride with a laugh and some ribbing back and most of us have kept it civil with friendly rivalryish jokes...

it's always a few who go out of line to defend their points that ruin it for the rest of us

I find it amusing that people have actually taken the time to rate this thread. I know that takes almost no time at all, but even a millisecond seems silly with a thread of this nature.

I just rated it 1 star, I was hoping this thread would just would just go away but it hasn't. I'm embarrassed by it, its very typical of something you would hear from Jets fans and probably a regular occurrence on their fan sites too.
I think Patriots fans should be above silly threads like this.

We are ... generally. The problem is that the Green Beans are such a potent negative force that they tend to pull things down to their level. They truly do suck, epically.
