Tom should have merely shook his hand and not let go and let his 10 plus mitt gradually crush all the large and small bones in Goondells hand, until the commissioner was coerced unto his knees in force-able supplication, the bones in his hand audibly snapping, the ******** on his lips no longer sufficient to ameliorate the situation, as the physical pain overtook all else...

Gray pointed out what I noticed first, Tom just sort of looked at Goodell's hand before he took the handshake. Definitely did not seem like he was at all interested in shaking hands but decided not to be rude.
