Experience losing is still experience, I guess.

I'm not sure you took proper notice of the extensive use of CAPS in the post you were responding to in your flippant response to His Protuberance The High Priest of All Things Vertical, Founder of The Cult Of Verticality.
Best watch your ass man, he has minions

Hey, I used CAPS too.

Most overrated player in the last decade. If the ball isn’t thrown right to him, he is chasing players all over the field.

Daron Bland is right there with him.

His 1st 3 seasons were really good but then the injuries hit. He doesn't have a single PD or Int this season. Maybe it's because Dallas is playing more zone that his numbers are down as well...IDK

One man, you used one. Cap ration of a zillion to one in his favor might be enough to incite His minions

You take a lot of unnecessary risks. I'd appreciate it if you'd step back and think about what's important here; how that might effect me.
Cause bro, I'd miss you. Not to mention causing the release here of a level of purple that would make Prince uncomfortable is just unseemly

The Cult of Verticality never wins.

I'm not as low on the most Experienced Team in the AFC PLAYOFFS as you are. They have Superman Josh Allen who carved our Defense up. That Game probably costs us the lone Bye-Week.
Superman Allen carved up our crippled defense.

You have watched zero Trayvon Diggs snaps in the last 3 years if you're lobbying this hard for his signing.

It's your usual M.O. "Name I have heard of in a boundary position" = "PATRIOTS MUST SIGN IMMEDIATELY".

If he was as affordable as Jason McCourty was, I'd say having the patented Bro Effect could actually do wonders for someone like Stef, someone who can help balance his personal and business life views, and be an accountable presence, would be great.

But fact of the matter is, once Gonzo gets his contract, that's a lot of money on a secondary already between him and Davis.

Only with the help of the Refs ignoring the Bills O-line holding and false starts and calling everything against the Pats. Including the bogus DPI on Marcus Jones.

He's 500K for the rest of this season and can be cut in the off-season with no cap hit. How is that not affordable?

Contracts aren't something I really understand a whole lot;, I thought that if you're released, you'd have to sign him to a new contract. And I don't see him taking $500k for a year. Am I wrong in that understanding?

If someone claimed him on waivers, they'd assume the contract he's under right now, excepting bonuses and guarantees.

Ah, I see. Well, $500k seems cheap for 1-year of depth, no? Even if he isn't his former starter self.

I dunno, to your point I've watched zero snaps of this guy. Could be ass for all I know and ultimately not worth it lol.

More succinctly, they take on all remaining obligations as of the date they acquire the player.
