Jason La Canfora reports that the Jets worry that his injury might be a torn ACL.

if he is out more than 6 weeks or a year..bye bye jets..their D is already average at best

Any time it's a non-contact knee injury where the knee collapses sideways, you can count on a lot of nervousness leading up to the MRI. It's rarely going to be good news. They'll be thrilled with a 4 week MCL sprain, which tells us a bit about how rough these situations are.

For me the real LUCKT involved in this win for the Jets was the really stupid play calling prior to the missed field goal in O

Miami has a first and 10 on the Jet 31. They have three chances to move the ball 5 yards or more and make the field goal much more comfortable. What do they do? They choose a slow developing running play, a slung pass close to the end zone (what to hell was that), and a normal one yard run (at least a play that made sense).

If I'm the kicker, I gotta say "Hey Team Thanks--for Nothing"

See Patriots v. Cardinals, week 2, for alternate lousy playcalling in that position

The Green Beans were out-sucked today. Hard to believe.

Awful game. Like watching a televised failed murder suicide attempt. In the end Miami forgot to commit the murder before committing the suicide.

Hey Hey......

just remember.....

THE

JETS

SUCK!!

:singing::singing::singing:

Revis is done for the season.

Mark Sanchez, the career 55.0% passer, is completing passes at a 50.5% rate this season as he heads into the games against San Francisco and Houston.

They now have to change their entire mindset on D...while trying to play the 49ers coming off of a loss....

No revis=jets are done

49ers looked pretty horrible last night

So did the Jets. They did something that I didn't think many more than a handful of the worst teams could do - make the Dolphins look competitive.

The 49ers had one bad game after two stellar games. They may have had a let down.

Other than the fact the Jets can run, pass, catch, stop the run, or stop the pass without Revis; the Jets are a pretty good team. Seriously, what area of the Jets would say scares you now that Revis is gone?

The thing is that even when Revis in there, their defense was pretty average. They stopped the Steelers vs. the run, but who hasn't (they are averaging 65 YPG and 2.6 YPC).

Teams with a good running game can beat the 49ers , and also their offense isnt good enough in comeback situations

So you are saying the Jets can't beat them.

this NFL season is strange...that's for sure. Even after the pats loss last night they are still in top 3 IMO in AFC With Texans, Ravens and then the Pats

Not much.

But who thought the Vikings would beat the 49ers.

IDK, the Vikes are 2-1 and only lost their one game by 3 points.

But what are the chances of a good team like the 49ers to lose to two inferior teams back to back? Anything can happen, but the Dolphins are one of the two or three worst teams in the NFL and the Jets had to take them to overtime and two missed Dolphins field goals to win.
