I can't stand it anymore. Time to take matters into my own hands.

.........ummmmm. Anyone have his phone number?

I think his knees are in a different area code, so you'll have to call two different numbers.

It will be him or Jr.

We may become the 70's Chargers if anything happens to Vrabel and Bruschi..

You don't start the last 6 games of the season in the NFL if your knees are shot.

Vrabel isn't nearly as good an ILB he is an OLB.

Re: Tedy, I'm sadly going to commit a sacrilege here and state that in 2006, he flat out stunk. It hurts to say that, but he was ineffective last year. I hope he can regain his game in 2007 because I think the world of him.

Junior?????? At 38???????

We need ILBs.

I hope they do something about it as well...

Flat out stunk?

He wasnt in on as many passing plays but run defensively he was fine.

I disagree. I saw him having a LOT of trouble shedding blocks and being manhandled. He wasn't initiating last year, he was trying to counterpunch and was a completely different player.

I didnt see that more than usual.

I think because he was so ineffective in pass coverage we started to pay attention more in other aspects of his game.

Im not saying he wasnt worst, he was, but not as bad as some tend to think.

Once again everybody...

Adalius Thomas = 3 down ILB, QB of the defense, coverage guy
Tedy Bruschi = 2 down run stuffer, Ted Johnson's old role. Filling in until Oscar Lua is ready to go.

No more talk of moving Vrabel please.

Oscar Lua? Come on, now. He's not even in his own future.

I think you're right about Thomas on the inside.

I did take the pass on Harris and others to be at least in part a vote of confidence for Eric Alexander, Corey Mays and Pierre Woods. Not to suggest any of them will develop into a long-term starter, but may they will play bigger roles this year.

We're also forgetting (ulp!) we've got a lot of free agency left to go, including 6/2 cuts.

Randall Godfrey may be in our future, Ed Hartwell may be, you never know. Is Donnie still asking for a trade too? Whatever... it is what it is, as the saying goes. It's not like the Pats have spend much in Free Agency actually LOL. We can still pick up a guy or two.

GOD I love this team.

i actually disagree with everyone about vrabel
i think hes could be better on the inside
but, he needs to just stay there, and not move around too much (i know that doesnt sound patriot like), so he can get used to it
he cant really hold the edge against the run anymore

I agree with the suspicion that AD will play inside more often than not.
