If he does it’s undeserved. That was not a performance for the ages by any metric other than the W.

Mahomes has played well his first two years but to anoint him the GOAT is ridiculous. Let's see if they can win back to back SB's . Mahomes should not even be in the conversation for another 10 years at least and even then only if he keeps playing well . They were 12-4 this year which means 4 teams did stop them. People act like they can't be stopped and that's not true !

I'm on the Edelman over Welker debate but come on. Do you think he wanted to drop that pass? He balled out against the Giants in 07 and was a workhorse while he was here. The blame can't be squarely on him. Namely it's that azzhat Pollard's fault for injuring Gronk or the game isn't close.

Not running the ball and throwing it 4 downs in a row was questionable at best and a killer.

It all came down to which QB was competent.
Mahomes is way better, an elite guy.
JG just played just like a JAG on this team.

Some of the throws he made in that last drive was just awful.

49ers are going to be strong and they are going to dominate but they need JG to be better.

That post was tongue-in-cheek. I love Wes, but you have to catch a ball that hits you in the hands in the big game. Wes produced when he was here but his last two huge games saw two bad drops.

KC 3rd & 15 heave was turning point of their win. Stop there, KC punts and Niners have a lead and ball and chance to score more but we saw this movie before. Just heave it baby! Bail out!

Mahomes could very well take a team friendly deal and keep his offensive weapons intact

I don’t think anyone pointing fingers either way in that situation is. I’m *think* the only dude in here that’s black is @carmelo15 and his last post gave me the impression that he’s been drinking a little so he might not have been following the convo.

No "in the grasp" on THIS play in the Goodelliverse...

but, as you all saw, Garropollo was "in the grasp for a 1/10th of a second!!!! IN THE GRASP!!!"

strange how this works...like the power going off for 20 minutes as SF was MURDERING the murderer in the Ratbird/9ers Super Bowl
