I truly do feel a bit bad..oh wait no I don't. F Buffalo and F the rest of the AFC NFL. Daddy is back in town.
With a carton of lucky strikes and a gallon of whole milk.

I actually mentioned in that post why this happened.

The Patriots faced the inferior Texans QB - CJ Stroud - who gave them the ball over and over and over again in their own territory. It’s easier to score when you’re starting drive after drive on their end of the field.

Ok, let's take away the ONE score that the offense got off turnover. The Pats still scored more points than the Bills. And even the score off the turnover was still a 56 yard drive.

And the Patriots only had three more possessions than the Bills (15 to 12). One of the Patriots possessions, was them doing a victory formation after they turned the Texans over on downs at the end of the game. So that doesn't count. That brings it 14 to 12. Both the Patriots had possessions with next no time before the end of the first half where neither had a realistic shot at scoring. So they are a wash. That brings it 13 vs 11 possessions.

So you are looking at the Pats having two more possessions than the Bills. It isn't significant. You are making more of it than it is.

Plus, the Bills played the Texans in a dome and the Pats played the Texans in a snow storm.

All 3 td drives started in our own territory.

The Pats offense scoring 2 more points on 3 more possessions is not something you want to brag about.

Know what else you dont want to brag about?

Your loser qbs counting stats when the team you lost the division to just made the super bowl in year 1 in a rebuild.

What is the joy in making a super bowl you will be blown out in?

But it isn't 2 more points in 3 more possessions. It is 9 more points in two more possessions plus a victory formation. You can't have it both ways. You cannot take away the drive where the Pats scored a 56 yard TD after intercepting Stroud when counting points and then count that drive as the total drive numbers and not the points in comparing the two teams. Again, you are cherry picking stats to try to manipulate the facts to fit your incorrect argument.

And again, we need to factor into the fact the Bills played the Texans inside a dome with no weather while the Patriots played the Texans in a snow storm. That affects the offenses.

Suck it Cow

1) Maye was awful. Again. He has been awful the entire postseason. Thankfully the Pats defense got that fumble or Maye is going home.

2) The Pats have had the easiest path to the Super Bowl in the history of the NFL. Not his fault he has played cupcake after cupcake though.

Snow helps the offense and hurts the defense.

One other thing, @GreenCow. Last week, the Pats were up by 12 points in the fourth quarter. They were looking to run out the clock and not trying to score. If they needed to score more points, they might have.

On a scale of 30-13 to 52-17, how bad are they gonna get steamrolled?

No, not as bad as you’re saying. 10–13 point loss, but it will feel worse (late garbage TD brings it closer).
