I don't mind it. If you have a top QB go for the win. Do you trust your D to hold them to under 2 first? IDK if i would. If I was at the 25 I'd run 3 times no question though.

With the way this game is playing out. If either team thinks this will be enough to stop the Pats, it will be a blow out of epic proportions. Neither defense is particularly good right now and neither of them are displaying a threatening offense.

If the Patriots lose to either of these teams I've dramatically overestimated them.

Pitt has a lot more speed and their OL is pretty good. I'll take KC who's OL just played an abortion of a game.

True. But the Pats D is at least as good as KCs overall. Maybe weaker here or there and stronger here or there. Also, the Pitt D isn't nearly as good as Houstons'.

You have the best back in the game. Run it. They are lucky the pass was completed. If it was incomplete, you face 3rd and 8 at your 7 and you give them 2 minutes.

Shouldn't you take the timeout before the 2 minute warning?

Now best case scenario they're going to punt it with under 2 minutes instead of punting it at exactly 2 minutes (or even more)

They did but imo I'd rather save it until after. If you call it at 2:33 you are only "saving" 33 seconds of game time. If you call it under 2 minutes you're saving 40. But I think it ends up the same way either way you slice it
