. all matters in dispute between [Coach] and Club, including without limitation any dispute arising from the terms of this Agreement, shall be referred to the NFL Commissioner or a Commissioner-appointed representative for the NFL for binding arbitration, and the decision shall be accepted as final, conclusive and unappealable.”

I really don't know what Flores was or is thinking. I don't see he has any case against the Giants or Broncos which have both come out strong and he had a contract with the Dolphins which would have covered his terms of employment and termination. If it is true that Ross tried to pay him to lose Flores should have gone to the FBI then and dealt with it.

They are hiring who they think the best man is. What would you assume the second best man isn’t white also?
That’s the point. If it’s a bad hire it’s deteimental to all candidates regardless of race.

You start from the presumption that white = racist and everything that happens to a black person is solely because they are black and that is ludicrous.
Who THEY think the best man is? That implies qualifications. But you're ok with them hiring a less qualified guy as long as that's what the owner wants.

BINGO, you've hit BINGO. That's the entire problem and the reason lawsuit was filed. Thanks for participating. You can pick up your shirt with the cutoff sleeves and the pocket knife at the door.

How Bieniemy and Leftwich haven't gotten HC jobs is beyond me. Super Bowl coordinators typically get HC jobs.

They're black.

Again, Leftwich reportedly didn't want to work with Baalke, and wanted Adrian Wilson. Baalke is still in Jacksonville. So saying "They're black" in the case of Leftwich, in the absence of refutation of the reports, is idiotic.

As for Bieniemy, he doesn't call plays, he reportedly interviews poorly (a claim that's been refuted by some, but obviously put out there by others), and there's this:

Chiefs OC Eric Bieniemy's Troubling Rap Sheet Includes a Disturbing Assault Charge Against a Woman

Matt Nagy had Bieniemys old job and the Bears just canned him.

If you are hiring the best man for the job, lawsuits, history months and symbolism are irrelevant.

Are you telling me that you believe black candidates should get favoritism during February and because someone filed a lawsuit?
Basing decisions on race is racist.
I'm telling you that you are dumb AF.

Flores got fired. He doesn't work for the Club or the NFL anymore. Maybe they have a clause that they become slaves for life. Wouldn't surprise me.

Hes trying to get justice.

Hes also going to the EEOC which is also his right.

Why is it an embarrassment there is currently one black coach? Are you embarrassed that there are only 30% white players in the NFL while there are 70% black players? No you are not embarrassed. Me neither.Who cares? They pick the best players. Why concern ourself with racial bean counting? It is getting very old and tiresome. The Jets had a black coach too not long ago., the Bengals, the Lions and Dolphins. There were maybe three or four at one time. Coaches come and go. Blacks are supposed to be 13% of the population so 4 black coaches among 32 teams would reflect the general population but really the number would be less as the percentage of black males at coaching age from that 13% is maybe one or two black coaches. Maybe they just hire the best coaches from who is available just as they do players and let the racial chips fall as they may.
Hiring based on skin color is racist, but thats what this country has become.

A

Are you blind? first explain the player disparity and apply that answer to the coach disparity.
There is plenty of information on this, look it up if you are interested. I suspect you are not.

You are just interested in supporting your own beliefs and are immune to information that counters it.

Leftwich only interviewed for the Jags job? News to me.

The article? This is the NFL. Irsay stopped by police with controlled substances. Kraft caught up in a sex sting. Jerruh caught with young women. WFT sex scandal. Dozens and dozens of NFL players caught up in all sorts of domestic violence incidents, etc , etc, etc. But Bienemy did this and that over 20 years ago, so he can't get The Job.

The owner should hire the most qualified guy, and it is the owners determination of qualified. Not yours or mine, because we don’t make the decision. The best man for the job is subjective, thats why every team doesn’t want the same guy.
You are proving your bias and ignorance with this statement.

Flores's lawyer isn't that dumb. They know the NFL will try to force internal arbitration which is why they've installed several poison pills in the lawsuit; violation of EEO being one of them.

Funny that when I ask a question about your bizarre comment that’s all you got

The next Supreme Court Justice will be nominated based on skin color.
Here it is...no black person is qualified to be on the Supreme court...but we got the devils triangle guy who likes beer and a women who was put on the bench because of her position on abortion...sigh.

You're contradicting yourself. Not surprising though.

  • You don't get to complain a guy didn't get hired, if he would have gotten hired he had just accepted the GM already in place, just because you want to argue racism. He could have had the job.
  • You don't get to use the fact that owners have issues to somehow clear potential subordinates with issues, just because you want to argue racism. This happens everywhere in life, regardless of race/color/creed/job.

And, to add to the Leftwich portion here:

No, you're just spinning your pathetic Andy Johnson web.

Question was asked and answered. You understood the answer but choose to continue down an endless path of irrelevance.

Not playing. Find someone else to con.

Clarence Thomas

The geriatric despot has already stated that the next SCJOTUS will be African American. Whites need not apply.
