Purely speculation, but I think that the indications this weak are far more favorable that he will play, then won't. That said, how effective he will be is a larger question since he is clearly not 100%.
Welker and Edelman in opposite slots with a healthy Moss and Galloway on the outsides + Watson and Baker + Maroney and Taylor + a Tom Brady coming along in his return should = a headache for the Ravens defensively. I sincerely hope we go with the balanced offense we saw last week.

For people who want play the game as last week...DO undesrtand that it is highly doubtful that the team WILL do that..The reason?? The Atlanta D was a bit moe vulnerable to the run than other teams..jence more running..teh Ravens might be teh strongest against the run..hence..MUCH MORE passing. It's that simple. They will get a few carries here and there, but they will not go against their strength...similar to how they attacked Minnesota a few years ago..06? The Vikings had a strong rush defense and they ignored them and passed a lot and won easily. It might not be an easy win, but I expect a lot of passes and fewer runs.
AND it will be much better if Welker played..
Game is at home ... if we get a few quick scores in the 1st quater I don't expect to see Mayo or Wilfork. Actually ... wouldn't it be great if we could get by without them for another week?
