Actually there is quite a bit of evidence and the NY Post is reporting that there is a lot of evidence. From the looks of it, Saleh was going to get fired and before he could, he was fired. And Hackett is only with the Jets because of Rodgers. And the tension between Saleh and Rodgers was in plain view of the public.
