Oh my god, that's not what Head Coaching is...

I'm not saying HCs shouldn't call plays -- Andy Reid is a master -- but my lord, the HCs that DON'T call plays are NOT just figureheads.

Yeah, sounds like Saleh thinks that if he’s not calling plays, then once the players cross the white lines there’s nothing he can do for them.
