I feel like the Bills are this era's version of our era's Steelers. They cannot get past the Chiefs. The only way they're ever winning is if the Chiefs get knocked out by someone else.He just doesn't do anything stupid at key points of the game. You go back and look at any of these recent games down the stretch, and that was the difference for several teams. Plus, Reid continually puts him in a position to make plays, and the guy just does it. I have to give Reid credit, he's the offensive version of Belichick. And I'm not saying anything negative about Spags. I would put him right behind Bill in this modern era and the fact he's with Reid right now is an absolutely solid pairing, as we've seen.
The NFL wants to erase the Patriots. No shot eagles win. None.
I think it's like Jordan's Bulls just dominating in the 90s and people forgetting the tremendous competition by the Lakers and Celtics in the previous generation. The NFL wants to erase the Patriots.
Brady and Belichick.
Same with Manning, except Manning finally got them a couple of times, albeit both times were in a weakened state for New England. The flu game where everyone was sick in Indy, and injuries in the second meeting in Denver.I feel like the Bills are this era's version of our era's Steelers. They cannot get past the Chiefs. The only way they're ever winning is if the Chiefs get knocked out by someone else.
Look at it this way. You can be happy if either team losesI suspected these might be the two teams, the least desirable pairing in my mind, and that my interest in the SB would be pretty tepid as a result, simply because I really don't want to see either team win. Now, with the league's infuriating officiating problems - it might not be deliberate manipulation of outcomes, but it sure is glaring incompetence - I probably won't watch the game at all. Just too frustrating. This is supposed to be entertainment, and there is no way I can find this damned game entertaining, so why bother.
That's going to be the problem. I have no faith in Hurts if they put the ball in his hands and force him to beat them. Not so sure why people immediately place Eagles DL over Chiefs. Chiefs DL is like an old Patriots front. Doesn't make mistakes, keeps the pocket in control and can collapse it. Very stifling. Their weakest one the run, but Spag will make a good gameplan to stop it without selling out.
LolEagles win this easily by the 4th qtr it's a 2+ score lead. Mahomes will be running for his life just like when he faced the Tampa D. This KC oline is patchwork at best. Philly is so stacked they sat their starting center yesterday. The dude who stepped in hadn't played center since college. No problem. 55 points
Who's the KC backup QB? Gonna see him once Mahomes is knocked the **** out.
McDermutt is the white Tomlin.I feel like the Bills are this era's version of our era's Steelers. They cannot get past the Chiefs. The only way they're ever winning is if the Chiefs get knocked out by someone else.
That would have been the case had Buffalo won last night. Now, I'll be indifferent if the Eagles win, but I'll only be happy if Kansas City loses.Look at it this way. You can be happy if either team loses
Its a win win
The Bills got screwed with bad spots. Allen reached the marker for a 1st down. but was ruled short.I think it's like Jordan's Bulls just dominating in the 90s and people forgetting the tremendous competition by the Lakers and Celtics in the previous generation.
Are the Bengals the only current lineup (i.e. not Bill/Brady Pats) that have beaten the Chiefs in the AFCCG?
I don't either. That's going to be the problem. I have no faith in Hurts if they put the ball in his hands and force him to beat them.
I am not one that thinks this is all about erasing the Patriots. This is what's currently printing the money for the NFL. Only us Pats fans think it's about the Pats. Everyone else has moved on.I think it's like Jordan's Bulls just dominating in the 90s and people forgetting the tremendous competition by the Lakers and Celtics in the previous generation.
All the NFL players are afraid to hit Mahomes.Eagles win this easily by the 4th qtr it's a 2+ score lead. Mahomes will be running for his life just like when he faced the Tampa D. They ran that same play like 3 or 4 times and failed......I guess they didnt get the memo to try something different.McDermutt is the white Tomlin.
He will waste Allen's career if Buffalo does not fire him. The Bills ran the QB sneek to the left side and KC was ready and waiting at the goaline.
