Saturday night could be TB12's last time wearing patriots uniform

It appears that the Patriots selected Drew Bledsoe with their first pick in the 1993 draft. Bledsoe was the QB for eight years. Played in a few games in 2001. Got hurt. Then Brady played 18 of the next 19 years. He was injured in 2008. Cassell put up decent numbers that season. 11-5 record.

Watching bad QB play, assuming that is the case in 2020, would be a first for a generation plus of Pats fans. Only GB fans can say they've gone nearly 30 years without a terrible QB.
Stidham will be ready.
If we are down by 20 at halftime serious question IF
Would you want him pulled for Stidham?
Unceremoniously ended but a chance to win the game.
Which is more important to fans?
Seeing Brady finish the game even if he is performing badly?
Or yanking the greatest ever for a young QB who may provide a spark to the offense?

This seems right. But what seems really odd is the notion that they can just lose Brady and slide Stidham in as the QB and keep the dynasty humming. Stidham is not Steve Young replacing Joe Montana.
At this point he isn't even Steve Bono.

Lol 28-3 in the 3rd quarter would tell you to keep him in the game.

What’s the point of making this into some huge deal? It probably won’t happen; if it does happen, whatever...

When Joe Montana went to the Chiefs, I’m sure many, many Niners fans rooted for him. Such slim odds that the two teams will play in some elimination game like the Super Bowl anyway. It’s pretty easy to remain a Patriots and (no longer a Patriot) Brady fan, provided he doesn’t pull a Brett Favre type of move. Nothing about the way Brady’s handled himself would suggest he’d do something like that, and for business purposes alone keeping his New England legacy in tact is a wise move. Favre had egomaniac tendencies all along.

I would think this would be like a Michael Jordan/Wizards situation if you were a Bulls fan. I mean, there’s nothing left to accomplish or prove. He is forever the face of the Patriots franchise, just like Jordan is in Chicago. One day there will be a statue of TB12 outside Gillette.
