Good move by the Pats, but do not understand the 1 year deal.. this will be his 7th year with the Pats.

He got 1.5 million last year and with BB's emphasis on all three phases he is an important part of the part of the game.

People are giving Allen too much credit for his SB performance and Im not trying to knock the guy but we did punt from the 40 yard line all the time. If you are punting from the middle of the field I sure hope you pin the other team inside 15. There was one punt from our 25 yard mark range.

That only goes to show how important Edelman was because he was moving the chains. He was MVP worthy, among other reasons, for that.
