I don't know the stats well.

How successful have we been running behind Onwenu and Moses?

Obviously, depending on the play, we can use a pulling guard, and/or a fullback, and/or a blocking TE. Add a wham block from the opposite TE (give me Gronk) and we have "student body right".

Well somebody's to blame besides the plodding fumbler Stevenson, that's for sure. I think it's the Entire G-C-G triumvirate, which I want to see replaced before Opening Day next year... And Grandpa Moses does more standing in the way than he does bull-dozing people nowadays too...

Just for giggles, which current players to you want to see on the team for 2026?

You're such a buffoon. Stevenson hasn't fumbled since the Pats played at Buffalo.
The STATS say it's NOT the "entire IOL", actually. Just Bradbury and Wilson. Not that facts ever matter to you dumb arse.

I'm hoping for a Drake Maye type year 2 improvement for Campbell and Wilson (regardless of where he plays) and 2 other stout bodies in the interior that can actually move their opponent back 2 yards every snap. If Mumford or Bryant can't solve the RT, maybe wait another year for that and hope Moses can do it one more time.

Some numbers from the directional totals from this season:

And here are the totals from last year:

They've definitely favored the left side this year compared to last year, although the averages overall on the right are better.

I thought they'd start running to the right more after Campbell got hurt, but these are the numbers after the Cincy game:

Here's the link if you want to play around with it:

The numbers on the left are still decent, but they've had a fair amount of success in terms of the average to the right as well.

But it's definitely interesting comparing them to a year ago and I would say that having Moses has definitely helped compared to last year, and credit to Lowe for the job he's done since stepping in as well.

Interesting.. Running behind Onwenu, they've averaged over 9 YPC.. Sure looks to me like someone's stepped up his game. Outside runs to the left seem to be very good as well.

Left side numbers are skewed by Henderson’s off-script long TD run that was actually designed to go right but nothing there.

Yeah but right side are skewed by Rhamondres big run vs Ratbirds that was designed for LG-C gap and RS said postgame he read it based on Bradbury blocking MLB to left that he could take the C-RG gap.

You can do that all day taking off the anomalies at both ends til there is. O data left. , but at a certain point you have to believe you have enough data to say just judge it. At 15 games in, there likely is enough data.

Wilson and Bradbury are the weak links right now. Could be fixed by signing a LG upgrade in FA, and moving Wilson back to his natural position.

I’m also hoping for a good blocking TE, and for Lampe to be healthy and ready. Fix the run blocking, you might have a top 5 offense.

I sometimes wonder why @Ian allows you to insult and name call posters like you do. It’s an interesting aspect of this board. Maybe you ARE Ian and he just uses your name to relieve his pent up anger.

Plenty of people throw insults at others. It's gone on for years. I call people out for making stupid comments. MG has gone particularly overboard the last 5 years and I'm not the only one who has called him out on his BS.

Don't confuse frustration for anger. They are two completely different feelings. I've only ever posted twice in anger on here in 25+ years.. The last time was with Kontra and I permablocked him for it.

DaBruinz insults and name calls? Have you read any of Captain Stone’s literary gems?

And interesting? “Buffoon” is so unimaginative!

I gave DB about a 1.2 score, while Cap averages somewhere above 9.3.

Typical childish name calling with this one. Captain Stone wasn’t on your lawn either bro.

The captain insults Patriot PLAYERS all the time. I hate negativity but enjoy the schtick. That is different than calling posters names.

I don’t really care, TBH. I just find it odd.

Kontra had one post I know of that deserved a lot of anger, and especially by people (widowers, not Jews) like me. Still miss the guy, though.

That’s a good point. I have great ambivalence about his schtick. It gets old, like a one-trick pony, although I appreciate the creativity. The relentless disrespect is toxic and corrosive however, and exemplifies a mindset that too easily translates to any disagreement including between posters who are both fans of the Patriots expressing their fandom differently. That’s why I see this as essentially the same disrespectful attitude.
