What attachment does he even have to the Jets? Rex is gone, all his teammates are gone, and the team sucks now. It's not exactly the prodigal son returning.
$$ and that's pretty much it

Well you're the one whose making definitive statements about how there won't be a deal.
Revis nice knowin ya, was fun while it lasted. $$$$$$ talks I guess
Are there other solid corners out there? Cromartie?
I would not be too surprised if he hits FA and a third party comes along and gets him. There has to be other teams interested.
I would be shocked if Revis opted for the weakest team in a division in which he was part of a defending champion. It's got to be Pats or another contender. IMHO I don't see his signing with the Jets improving their overall situation.
Alot of anxious moments tomorrow. I wonder what advice deion would give him
I don't hold any grudge against Revis if he chooses a mega-deal with the Jets. If he does move to New York, he has to realize his opportunity to win multiple rings is over. That's what it comes down to. The chance to compete for titles or one final pay day.Board is full of jilted lovers...
Whatever Revis does, it's kind of HIS choice. Thanks for the trophy, and good luck - hope it's here!
He can re-sign with the Patriots and become a legend in Boston, or he can go back to the Jets and become the guy that needed to spend a year with the arch rival in order to get his ring...I don't hold any grudge against Revis if he chooses a mega-deal with the Jets. He really doesn't care how he's viewed by fans. He is just doing what he wants as he should...he wants $$ sure leave. But again if he wants to he a legend...he will stay. It shouldn't be hard...but when McCourt said today that he was still unsure...not sure he wants to be a legend but that's hard to believe also...He can re-sign with the Patriots and become a legend in Boston, or he can go back to the Jets and become the guy that needed to spend a year with the arch rival in order to get his ring...
